Craig Beyer

Craig Beyer

Craig started running in the mid-2010's and found he enjoyed both the challenge of running and the social element. Craig has run all distances up to 50k, and his running highlights include runs around Reykjavik on a visit to Iceland and an out-and-back along the Grand Rounds Byway from Minneapolis to St. Paul to Minneapolis.

Gary Honeman

Gary Honeman

Gary Honeman has been an active WRRC member since 1978 after graduating from Western Maryland College. His running highlight was qualifying and running the 100th Boston Marathon in 1996. His most recent joy has been running with his son Justin in Colorado.

Steve Moore

Steve Moore

At Large Member (Liaison)

Steve is a lifelong runner and owner of Run Moore, a specialty running shop located in Westminster. In his more than 30 years of running, Steve has run anywhere from a mile to 50 and has coached, timed, and organized his own events. Steve hopes his store can be a community center for runners and walkers to come to borrow a book, find some shoes, meet for a run, register for a race, or just to get some motivation from other runners.

Paul Kelly

Paul Kelly

Equipment Manager

There have been many stops and starts in Paul's 40+ year running journey. His feet have pounded the pavement across many cities and states, including Shiprock, New Mexico, Mammoth Lakes, California, Austin, Texas, Key West, Florida, NYC, his native Philadelphia, and...Boston, the most memorable of them all. Now he runs fewer, but more enjoyable, miles, while learning new skills as a WRRC volunteer.

Chris Reese

Chris Reese

Twilight Series Director

I started running for an ice cream sundae. One of the first years of the Main Street Mile I was pregnant with my youngest child. My 4 year old son ran it with my brother-in-law. I decided the next year that I would run it, and I did. I might have stopped after that, but a friend told me about events through WRRC and I became hooked. I have now been running for 38 years. I am still running because I have met running buddies whom I continue to run today. I describe myself as a social runner. My preference is to run with family or friends, although in a pinch I will run by myself.

Liuda Galinaitis

Liuda Galinaitis

She has been the past director of the Main Street Mile, the Twilight Series along with Chris Reese, and recently celebrated the 30 year anniversary of hosting the WRRC’s version of the Women’s Distance Festival. For cross training, Liuda enjoys competitive horse events, bicycling, tennis and yoga.
