Be ready for a challenging out and back course. Start by having a gradual downhill for the first mile but don't forget that you have to run the same hill on the way back UP! Note: Although this race starts at the same location as the Bear Run 4-miler, it is NOT the same course.
Location: Pleasant Valley Fire Hall, 2030 Pleasant Valley Road South, Westminster, MD, 21158
Directions: From Westminster. Take 140 West towards Taneytown. Take a right onto Pleasant Valley Road. Follow the winding road until you reach the Fire Hall which be eventually be on your left.
